This is an ancient artifact that you can not see in the Solomon R. Guggenheim museum in NYC. It was found in present day Mexico City in 1300 A.D. This is a very interesting piece because the Aztecs mostly focused on arcutecture but they were also very ahead in technology.

On July 26 2010 for 86 days a huge BP oil tube exploded and burst all over the Gulf of Mexico. About 200 MILLION gallons of oil spilled into the Gulf of Mexico. The animals where covered in oil, people could not fish and no swimming for the poor people on that coast. Only two days after it started President Obama called this "The worst environmental disaster America has ever faced". THis was a sad day for many people and for the poor ocean
